This is how you know management is involved with their units: A spotless toilet upon moving in. As a rental property owner for over 20 years, I know what it takes to run a complex responsibility. Manager Niki, assistant manager Madison, and maintenance worker Randy all responded quickly and professionally to any questions or issues I encountered. I've seen no bugs since living here, and the halls and elevator are mopped daily. Even with dogs allowed, there are never any "brown surprises" left ..

Next month I will have lived at Waikiki Walina for 1 year. I give my time here 5 stars for the following reasons The grounds are kept clean and pet droppings free. Tenants respect quite times. In the year I've lived here I've seen only 3 bugs in my apartment. Remember this is Hawaii and bugs do exist but there is personal responsibility involved in keeping your apartment clean.
