The value of point-in-time data is that the finanical data is updated with every transaction and every keystroke. As a consequence the validation of such data entry is a constant process that involves daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.

Neither Cirrus Asset Management Inc, nor any affiliate makes any express or implied warranty to the fitness for a particular purpose of the data on the Cirrus Asset Management Yardi Voyager database. If validated information, other than a monthly produced financial package, is needed, such a request can be made through the Regional Property Supervisor at any time.

It is your responsibility and the responsibility of your company to ensure that your User Name and Password are used by you only. You agree to notify Cirrus Asset Management immediately when you become aware of any loss or theft of, or any unauthorized use of, your user name or any of your passwords.
